My rollercoaster experience!

The staff were accommodating, moving us to nearby rooms and upgrading my dad and uncle's for safety. The chicken peanut porridge at breakfast was a good surprise, a must-try!

The room was outdated, with air conditioning that barely worked, impacting comfort.

The breakfast was good for vegetarians; the location was great. The folks were fine;)))

The personal was accommodating. The breakfast was very very good, the check in was efficient. Moreover, there was free parking on-site. Location: the hotel was really close to the shopping district with...  

Spacious, Spacious, Spacious

The location couldn't be better, just a quick walk to malls and transit. And can we talk about the comfortable bed? Not to mention the fantastic sustainable initiative with the water dispensers on each floor!...  

Overall solid and sensational breakfast with Indian food and a refurbishment- so boring, for example and very good service. Well-equipped and brand-new room with a couch, a mini-refrigerator, and an iron, and comfy bed. ...  

Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and free parking. The staff helped me print important documents on my first stay. I'll definitely be coming back for another trip!

everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were very unfriendly. the location was good, not too far from church of st alphonsus. furthermore, the area was peaceful.

I found the location very convenient, just an 8-minute walk to the MRT station. The bus stop right outside made it easy to get around. My room was quite spacious, with a king-size bed and a nice sitting area. The air conditioning worked decently, so the room stayed cool. I appreciated having a tv with a variety of channels, good. The housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating, providing extra towels when I asked. The furniture showed its age, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. I noticed some mold spots on the shower curtain and a musty smell in the bathroom. The laundry facilities were useful, but the machines were unreliable, swallowing some money without giving the time promised. One significant issue was the noise, I could hear conversations in neighboring rooms and from the hallway. Finally, the only big letdown was when someone walked into my sister's room due to a mix-up with the keys. Luckily, it all ended well, but that raised some concerns about security.

We found all the staff very helpful - the dining area staff - the reception area staff - the cleaning staff.

Convenience walking distance to MRT Station, Bus Station.

During checked in time & let me wait about 1.5 hr as promise should take 30 minutes.

The room I stayed in was clean and spacious. The staff at the reception handled my check-in efficiently, and I appreciated the quick access to local amenities, such as shopping malls and restaurants. The view from my high-floor room was...  

comfortable bed. polite and courteous staff.

smelly toilet bowl. food served for breakfast, always the same. should at least serve different food every day. not much selection of food for midnight snacks. very far from mrt station. no nearby 24 hours foods stalls.

Convenient location n family room was gd. Not cramped

The staff were really accommodating, helping with my needs and ensuring my family was comfortable. I appreciated the clean room and convenient location near public transport, made getting around easy.
